Meg Gaic is a compassionate and empowering Holistic Nutritionist, Acne Specialist & Pilates Instructor. Fusing her love of movement with nutrition allows her clients to gain a deeper degree of healing by facilitating the mind-body connection. After over a decade of dealing with cystic acne, she personally understands the complexities of the acne struggle. With a holistic approach to acne that aims to clear skin from within, she provides an all-encompassing healing process that includes: nutrition, diet, supplements, lifestyle, movement (pilates) & emotional support. She believes the three pillars of health are mind, body and soul. Most importantly, she works to put the power of health and happiness back into the clients hands. 

Pilates BootcampTuesdays 6:00pm & 7:00pm
An energizing and challenging twist on classical mat pilates. Perfect for those who want to get their sweat on and enjoy a full body work out. Awesome music and lots of different props makes this class anything but boring. You'll feel this one tomorrow!
*Intermediate fitness level but no pilates training required.

Roselby obtained her Mat certification in 2004 with Movement for Health and her first Reformer Certification in 2006 with Vivian Nickels in Toronto
Prior to that, she studied classical ballet and traditional dances in Caracas, Venezuela for 8 years.  Her dance background together with her studies of the Pilates method has allowed her to combine movement and fluidity within the Pilates repertoire and providing mind-body awareness to her clients.
In 2011 Roselby completed the certification in Cadillac and Wunda Chair at Body Harmonics as well as Pilates for rehabilitation purposes and the Pink Ribbon Program for Breast Cancer Survivors.    Besides working as a Pilates Instructor, Roselby also holds a Certification in Fascial Stretch Therapy ™ which applies joint release and unlocking of the fascia that creates tensions around the muscles.
Beginners Pilates:  Mondays 5:40pm
For clients who are new to pilates or need a refresher.  Focuses on stability, technique, balance and core strength. 

Intermediate Pilates:  Mondays 6:30pm
This class is based on Mat and Vertical Pilates providing a full range of positions to create endurance, better posture, and deeper challenge at the muscular level.  Clients feel more aware of their bodies and more integrated at a deeper level.


Single classes and packages have a one-year expiry from the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated) and are not eligible to be shared or transferred. We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit. Cash payments may only be made in person during reception hours M-F 11-6:45pm or Sat 11-4.

All class packages are non-refundable.

When making a reservation,  you must create a profile on-line in order to buy individual classes or packages.  We value your privacy and will never share telephone numbers, email addresses, or personal data with third parties.

Classes need to be booked in advance to reserve your spot. 

*Cancellation Policy- Your reservation must be canceled 6 hours prior to the scheduled class time. If you do not cancel within this time period, a class will be deducted from your package.
